Commercial Capabilities
Aurum Studios delivers precision custom millwork and architectural metalwork for high-performance commercial interiors across South Florida and New York City. From hospitality and restaurant environments to corporate offices and specialty retail spaces, we manage fabrication and installation under one roof, with one team accountable for every material, every timeline, and every detail.
We work directly with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and developers who need a single fabrication partner with the capability, equipment, and discipline to deliver complex commercial scopes on time and to the highest standard. No fragmented vendors. No trade gaps. One studio that builds it all.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Custom Millwork
Custom reception desks, wall paneling, feature walls, bar and counter systems, banquettes, booth seating, retail fixtures, back-of-house millwork, and architectural woodwork, all precision-engineered and fabricated in our Miami facility. Every millwork element is designed to integrate seamlessly with the architectural metalwork and specialty systems that complete the space, built for long-term commercial durability and high-traffic performance.
Architectural Metalwork
Precision-fabricated bar structures, feature screens, architectural railings, metal façades, ceiling elements, signage frameworks, decorative partitions, and signature architectural metalwork, fabricated in-house using fiber laser cutting, CNC forming, and TIG and laser welding. Every metal element is engineered to integrate with the millwork and specialty systems across the project.
Specialty Fabrication
Precision-fabricated specialty surfaces, architectural inlays, and hybrid material systems designed to integrate seamlessly with the millwork and metalwork across the commercial environment. Fabricated in-house using advanced precision equipment and coordinated through the same engineering and installation process as every other element in the project.
WHY Commercial teams choose Aurum Studios
Precision, Durability, and On-Time Delivery for High-Performance Spaces
one company. every material.
Most commercial projects require separate vendors for millwork, metalwork, and specialty fabrication. Three contracts, three timelines, and no single party accountable for whether everything comes together on site. Aurum Studios replaces all of them with one integrated team managing every material and every phase under one roof.
commercial timelines. no exceptions.
Our integrated fabrication model means fewer handoffs, faster production, and no trade finger-pointing. We build to your opening date, your brand rollout timeline, or your lease commencement, whatever is on the critical path.
Built for High-Traffic Enviroments
Every material, hardware specification, and finish is selected for commercial durability. We build hospitality interiors, office environments, and retail spaces that hold up under daily use for years, not just opening day.
Problem-Solving at Every Stage
Complex sites, design inconsistencies, and coordination challenges are resolved in-house by our engineering team, not forwarded to subcontractors. The project keeps moving and the quality standard never moves.
End-to-End Coordination With Your Team
We collaborate with GC, architect, and designers from day one, coordinating fabrication, logistics, and on-site installation sequencing so your commercial project moves without disruption from start to finish.
THe Aurum commercial process
Every commercial project follows a structured approach. We begin with clear scope definition, move through detailed engineering and fabrication, maintain rigorous quality standards, and finish with coordinated installation that keeps your timeline intact.
1. Project Discovery
We begin by reviewing architectural drawings, design intent, brand standards, construction schedules, and site requirements.
This phase ensures full alignment with the project team, including the GC, architect, and interior designer, so we understand sequencing, timeline pressures, and any operational requirements unique to the space.
2. Engineering & Shop Drawings
We produce detailed shop drawings for every millwork and metal component, resolving all technical conditions before fabrication.
For commercial projects, this phase includes:
• ADA and code compliance verification
• Coordination with MEP trades
• Brand standard implementation
• Finish and material confirmation
• Hardware specifications and performance requirements
• Full integration with adjacent millwork, metalwork, and architectural details
Drawings are reviewed with the design team and GC to ensure installation accuracy and eliminate change orders.
3. Fabrication
All millwork, metalwork, and custom fixtures are fabricated in-house using commercial-grade materials, advanced CNC machining, and precise welding and finishing techniques. Our team builds for:
• High-traffic durability
• Consistency across multiple units (for chain or multi-location brands)
• Exact brand-color and finish matching
• Fire-rated and code-compliant assemblies
• Precise tolerances required for fast-paced commercial installs
This ensures each piece is built for both aesthetics and performance.
4. Assembly, QA & Pre-Installation Testing
Before anything reaches the job site, all components undergo rigorous quality checks including:
• Pre-assembly and test-fitting
• Verification of dimensions against approved shop drawings
• Finish inspection (scratch resistance, uniform color, sheen)
• Hardware installation and functionality testing
• Structural and load considerations for shelving, railings, or bar systems
This process eliminates on-site surprises and shortens installation timelines — crucial for commercial environments with strict deadlines.
5. Installation & On-Site Coordination
We manage delivery, installation, and on-site sequencing in alignment with GC schedules and other trades.
Our commercial installation process includes:
Coordinating around MEP rough-ins and inspections
• Adhering to brand rollout or store-opening timelines
• Working after-hours or phased schedules when required
• Ensuring fast, clean installation to minimize disruption
• Final adjustments, punch-list resolution, and client handoff
The result: a commercial space that installs smoothly, opens on time, and reflects the design intent down to the last detail.
